amazing experience at a stylish hotel
great locationexcellent staffwell-equipped roomrooftop view
The hotel location was convenient. It was close to many food options. i found the team's attentiveness and readiness to help really wonderful. my room was not only clean but also well-organized and included all the amenities i needed. i also liked that the rooftop had a great view of the skyline.
The minibar selection wasn't amazing. There could have been more variety, a very minor disappointment.

Really good Stay

The hotel is conveniently located near various MRT stations. MAXWELL food centre and Chinatown are also within walking distance. I particularly appreciated the proactive staff who welcomed me upon arrival and guided me to the front desk. The breakfast offered a diverse selection of western and asian dishes.
I found the bars and restaurants to be overly priced. We were not allowed to bring our own snacks or drinks to the pool area.

The rooftop pool offers views of the surrounding cityscape. Twenty loungers surround the pool, and there is a shaded area . A fitness center is available with three treadmills and two stationary bikes. The hotel provides umbrellas for guest use.

The breakfast buffet features a selection of both western and asian cuisines. Waffles and pancakes are available. Coffee and tea are served upon request. The hotel has multiple on-site restaurants and bars. Dinners are available, though EXPENSIVE.

The desk staff is consistently available to help arrange travel plans. They offer assistance with international shipping. The concierge is on hand to provide recommendations and directions. The staff is quick to welcome guests and provide guidance to the front desk, amazing.

The rooftop pool offered unbelievable views. Water temperature was optimal there. The staff were friendly and brought a high chair and plastic plate for my toddler.
Check-in took a bit longer than expected. The lady assisting me was very kind. I found the breakfast to be lacking (it was buffet-style). Coffee and tea had to be ordered and made at the bar. It sometimes took time when it was busy.

I found the rooftop pool magical. The room size was perfect for me. I appreciated the hotel's location near many places.
The toilet lights were next to the front door (it was confusing at night). I also noticed some dust under the bed. The wine bottle in the room cost over $130.
